ITINERARY

Day 01: Bentota

After arrival Colombo international airport ,transfer to Bentota .

 

Begin your family holiday with a scenic boat safari along the Madu River, exploring mangroves and small islands.

Visit a sea turtle hatchery to learn about marine conservation before relaxing at your beach hotel.

Explore historic Galle and walk through the UNESCO-listed Galle Fort.

Later, travel to Yala National Park for an exciting wildlife evening safari,

This is most visited national park in Sri Lanka. Foreigners, especially Europeans like to see this park. Block I is the main area for visits. Most of the visitors stated that reasons for their visit are to see leopard and elephant is the most preferred animal. Other than that frequently we can see deer, crocodiles, monkeys, wild boar, porcupines, samburand 130 different species of birds. There is also a small population of leopards.

About 03 hour travelling time

Overnight stay in Tissa /Yala

Transfer to the scenic hill country town of Ella.

Travel towards Kitulgala for waterfall

Kitulgala is a lush rainforest village in Sri Lanka, best known as the country’s top destination for adventure and nature lovers. Proceeds to Kandy via Pinnawela

Visit Millennium Elephant Foundation, where children can learn about elephant care and conservation.

Kandy is located central province of Sri Lanka. Climate is also cool compare with other areas. This is final kingdom & British occupation of the Kandyan kingdom in 1815 the territory under the Kandyan administration comprised 21 decentralized administrative units. The name Kandy is a version of Kanda Uda Rate (the country over the mountains).

Explore the beautiful Royal Botanical Gardens Peradeniya, famous for orchids and giant bamboo.

Visit the sacred Temple of the Tooth and enjoy a traditional Kandyan cultural dance show.

Visit the UNESCO-listed Dambulla Cave Temple with its ancient Buddha statues and murals.
